1. Successfully welded aluminum tube at one time, played a good role. Because the rotating point of the aluminum tube melt rotating tool is too low, when the alloy aluminum tube is heated for the second time, the aluminum tube is easily deformed, so try to weld it in place at one time.

2. The aluminum alloy tube must be evenly fluxed to ensure the quality of the solder joints without roughness. The aluminum alloy tube must ensure the welded part is smooth and textured.

3. The torch flame should not be too long, and it is necessary to use a small fire to heat, otherwise the dispersant aluminum tube is easy to melt.

4. After the welding is completed, wait for the nylon paste ii and the aluminum alloy tube to cool for three minutes before placing the pipe in the cement warehouse for contact, otherwise the solder joints are likely to leak.

5. The welding time should not be too long, because the melting point is too low and the time is too long to cause the aluminum tube wall to melt or thin, and the pressure is easy to leak.

6. Wet towels must be placed on the inner tank for proper maintenance. Due to the narrow welding space of aluminum alloy tubes, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of the refrigerator.

What happens to aluminum tubes after heat treatment?

1.The hardness of the aluminum tube is unqualified, the hardness is high, and the temperature can be tempered at an increased temperature. Poor ability and decarburization of aluminum tube heating usually require reheat treatment.

2. The structure of the aluminum tube is unqualified, and the quenched martensite grade is greater than 2.5. The main reason is that the heating temperature of the aluminum tube is high or the holding time is long, which requires recrystallization annealing and reheat treatment.

3.The surface of the aluminum tube is decarburized, poorly reduced in the salt bath, or the fixture caused by corrosion, etc., the aluminum tube oxidized in the salt bath exceeds the standard, and the thread of the aluminum tube no longer processes the aluminum tube, which will greatly reduce Because of its abrasion resistance, decarburization must be prevented.

4. The middle diameter and inverted cone are out of tolerance. Aluminum tubes do not have good control over the quenching process parameters (heating temperature, holding time, cooling medium, etc.) of thick-walled steel tubes. The appearance of aluminum tubes may also be related to poorly controlled machining dimensions and poor spheroidization of raw materials.
