What can be done in this way will not have much effect on the quality of the final aluminum parts, but if the surface of the workpiece has too much grease and oil stains, it can not be so much. Aluminum Pipe belongs to high-strength hard aluminum, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has medium plasticity in the quenched and just-quenched state, good spot welding, and there is a tendency to form intergranular cracks when gas welding. The alloy can be cut after quenching and cold hardening. The performance is still good, and the machinability after annealing is low: the corrosion resistance is not high. Anodizing and painting methods are often used or an aluminum coating is added on the surface to improve its corrosion resistance.

Aluminum tubes are mainly used to make various high-load parts and components (but not stampings and forgings) such as skeleton parts, skins, bulkheads, ribs, spars, rivets and other working parts below 150 ℃

The main cause of cracking of aluminum tubes is also due to the impurities contained. If this batch of aluminum material is stressed, it is recommended not to use it. If it is not stressed, it is recommended to use 1 series aluminum material in the future, which has high conductivity and good corrosion resistance.

Suggestions to prevent similar situations:

1. Improve the purity of the material and reduce the content of inclusions in the aluminum tube material matrix.

2. Improve the composition design and heating and aging annealing process to reduce the content of delta ferrite in the aluminum tube material matrix.

3. Increase the number of end deformation passes, increase the deformation radius, reduce the difficulty of material deformation, promote uniform deformation of the material, and avoid excessive stress concentration.

4. If the finished material is not stressed, it will be deformed and then aged (if the material is too bad, it will also happen when not aged).
